We believe in continuous development, this is always the philosophy we follow. The goal of our 18 months lasting project is to develop a gas spring that does not contain, or contains only a minimal amount of liquid (e.g. mineral oil, synthetic oil) lubricant. Such a product is only accurate design and can be created as a result of a testing process, in which the new generation, the use of plastics and seals that do not require lubricants. It is manufactured with this technology gas telescopes are suitable for use in contamination-sensitive areas such as food industry, medical technology devices and others requiring "clean room" technology in industries where any leakage poses a serious health or quality assurance risk in itself. A prominent area of use is applications related to sea and fresh water, where – especially if the use is related to a drinking water base - any kind of leakage is strictly prohibited, even in the event of a malfunction. Its special field of use is exposed to radioactive and other radiations application in spaces where lubricants break down over time and lose their lubrication function. In a lubricant-free product, there are fewer elements harmful to the environment, so the environmental burden is reduced a at the end of the product's life and can be recycled more easily.

Our goal is to use the results of our pilot project to make gas springs that meet these criteria available in Lebke's range in the near future, thereby creating a greener, more sustainable product that goes beyond its special technical properties.
